Resumo: The present study aims to identify the profile of the students of the Bachelor of Actuarial Sciences course at UFS from the years 2011 to 2016, including the students' satisfactions regarding some institutional aspects related to the course and the labor market in the state Of Sergipe. The identification of the profile of the students serves for the teachers of the course to know their students and thus maintain a more interpersonal relationship with the various groups of identified students, thus enabling improvements in the process of teaching learning. Regarding satisfaction, it has been that it is one of the ways for the permanence of a person in a particular environment or not, within the institutions is no different, the students' satisfaction with the aspects related to the course is one of the factors Indispensable for its maintenance in the academic environment, besides being an important factor for a prestigious image of the institution with its services rendered, an image that is essential for its permanence in the market. Fifty-eight students from the actuarial course of the mentioned years participated in the study. To reach the results, questionnaires were applied to the students of the course, which were tabulated and the results were presented in the form of graphs and tables. The results showed that 41.4% of the students had a silent student profile, that is, that they have no participation in the classroom and that they have difficulties of relationship with the teachers. By making a general analysis regarding the satisfaction of the students with some aspects involving the actuarial course per year of entry, such as the satisfaction with the course, there was a predominance of a regular satisfaction of the students in relation to this question; Already in the analysis of the final satisfaction involving these mentioned aspects in relation to the fact that the student considers his training satisfactory or not, it was verified that this last factor is dependent on the institutional aspects, except of the preparation for the courses of the course. It is worth mentioning that this paper intends to assist the Federal University of Sergipe, especially the Actuarial Sciences course regarding possible improvements in the teaching process of its students.

It is worth mentioning that this paper intends to assist the Federal University of Sergipe, especially the Actuarial Sciences course regarding possible improvements in the teaching process of its students.O presente estudo tem como objetivo identificar o perfil dos alunos do curso de Bacharelado em Ciências Atuariais na UFS ingressantes nos anos 2011 a 2016, inclusive, apresentar as satisfações dos discentes com relação a alguns aspectos institucionais referentes ao curso e ao mercado de trabalho no estado de Sergipe. A identificação do perfil dos alunos serve para que os professores do curso conheçam os seus alunos e com isso mantenham uma relação mais interpessoal com os diversos grupos de discentes identificados, possibilitando com isso melhorias no processo de ensino aprendizagem. No que se refere à satisfação, tem-se que a mesma é uma das formas para a permanência de uma pessoa em determinado meio ou não, dentro das instituições não é diferente, a satisfação dos alunos com os aspectos relacionados ao curso é um dos fatores imprescindíveis para sua manutenção no meio acadêmico, além de ser um fator importante para uma imagem de prestígio da instituição com os seus serviços prestados, imagem essa essencial para sua permanência no mercado. Participaram da pesquisa 58 alunos do curso de atuária dos anos citados. Para se chegar aos resultados, foram aplicados questionários aos alunos do curso, os quais foram tabulados e os resultados foram apresentados em forma de gráficos e tabelas. Os resultados demostraram que 41,4% dos discentes apresentaram ter um perfil de aluno silencioso, ou seja, que não tem nenhuma participação em sala e que possuem dificuldades de relacionamento com os professores. Fazendo uma análise geral em relação à satisfação dos alunos com alguns aspectos envolvendo o curso de atuária por ano de ingresso, tal como a satisfação com o curso houve predominância de uma satisfação regular dos discentes em relação a esse quesito; já na análise da satisfação final envolvendo esses aspectos mencionados em relação ao fato do aluno considera sua formação satisfatória ou não, ficou constatado que esse último fator é dependente dos aspectos institucionais, exceto da preparação para as disciplinas do curso.
