Sistemas de informação gerenciais na execução de tarefas administrativas : o caso do SIGAA na Universidade Federal de Sergipe

This scientific work aims to identify the perception of the administrative technicians of PROGRAD on the SIGAA in UFS, and the influence of the system in the development of the administrative activities carried out by the professionals of this sector. Therefore, this study has as main objective to identify the effects resulting from the use of SIGAA in the functions that are performed at the Federal University of Sergipe. About the methodology, this work used as a research tool the electronic questionnaire containing 28 questions, 6 questions being subjective and 22 being objective questions. The questions were addressed to PROGRAD's administrative staff, and 20 of them were answered. The research showed that SIGAA provided benefits in the elaboration of the tasks and in the development of the technicians' activities. In the daily routine planning of PROGRAD technicians the interviewees considered SIGAA as an important tool for the sector, supplying the work needs. The perception of the servers revealed that the implementation of SIGAA brought improvements in the performance of its activities, allowing to develop routine planning in an efficient and agile way, bringing better results to the work sector. However, the study portrays that although there is training to handle this tool at the entrance of their work, there is still a need for other courses that can solve doubts and improve knowledge about this technology.
