Resumo: This course conclusion work has as its main theme Emotional Intelligence, which is the ability to manage personal and other individuals' emotions and feelings. This research proposed the following objective: Analyze how students on the executive secretariat course at the Federal University of Sergipe, in the year 2022, use emotional intelligence skills during their internship. For the development of this research, the research technique is a bibliographic study, of a descriptive nature and quantitative approach. The field of research is the students of the executive secretariat undergraduate course at mentioned university and were interns in the period 2022.1 and the instrument for data collection is a questionnaire prepared on the Google Forms platform with predominantly open and multiple-choice questions.

Esta pesquisa propôs o seguinte objetivo: Analisar como os discentes do curso de secretariado executivo da Universidade Federal de Sergipe, do ano de 2022 utilizam as competências da inteligência emocional no exercício estágio. Para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa, optou-se por um estudo de natureza descritiva e abordagem quantitativa.
