Transversalidade da dimensão investigativa na formação profissional em Serviço Social: uma análise de projetos político-pedagógicos

Resumo: The present study aims to analyze the investigative dimension during the professional training, based on political-pedagogical projects of the public Social Work courses. The investigative dimension is understood as a constitutive principle that must permeate the professional formation in its transversality since unveiling the reality is crucial for a quality intervention. This conception aims to overcome the false dichotomy between theory and practice, besides becoming an instrument of defense and consolidation of the ethical-political project of the profession. The research is guided by the critical-dialectical perspective, by understanding the movement of successive approximations between the subject and the object of study as a totality composed by a system of mediations. It is characterized as an exploratory documentary research, analyzing the pedagogical projects that constituted the sample. A total of 65 public social service courses were identified and distributed in all regions of Brazil. Of this total, 32 pedagogical projects were located in the sites of the respective courses, of which 18 were selected for the constitution of the sample. The institutions that comprise the sample of the research are predominantly federal, with a total of 15, while the other 3 correspond to state universities. The analysis of the political pedagogical projects followed the structure determined in the 15º Resolution, of March 13, 2002, which establishes the curricular guidelines for Social Work courses and determines the items that should compose the projects. They are: profile of trainees, skills and abilities, course organization, curricular content, supervised internship and course completion work, and complementary activities. It was observed that the investigative dimension appears in different items of the pedagogical political project, there is no homogeneity, there is autonomy of each unit of academic formation in the elaboration and presentation of the project since it contemplates the items. It is emphasized that the investigative dimension does not present itself in a specific discipline, but it is passing through different moments of the professional formation.

A dimensão investigativa é entendida como princípio constitutivo que deve perpassar a formação profissional em sua transversalidade pois desvelar a realidade é crucial para uma intervenção de qualidade. Essa concepção visa superar a falsa dicotomia entre teoria e prática, além de tornar-se um instrumento de defesa e consolidação do projeto ético-político da profissão. A pesquisa orienta-se pela perspectiva critico-dialética, ao compreender o movimento de aproximações sucessivas entre o sujeito e o objeto de estudo enquanto uma totalidade composta por um sistema de mediações. Caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa documental de cunho exploratório, fazendo análise dos projetos pedagógicos que constituíram a amostra. Foi identificado um total de 65 cursos presencias públicos de Serviço Social distribuídos em todas as regiões do Brasil. Desse total, 32 projetos pedagógicos foram localizados nos sites dos respectivos cursos, dos quais 18 foram selecionados para a constituição da amostra. As instituições que englobam a amostra da pesquisa são predominantemente federais, com um total de 15, enquanto as outras 3 correspondem a universidades estaduais. A análise dos projetos político pedagógicos seguiu a estrutura determinada na Resolução nº 15, de 13 de março de 2002, que estabelece as diretrizes curriculares para os cursos de Serviço Social e determina os itens que devem compor os projetos. São eles: o perfil dos formandos, competências e habilidades, organização do curso, conteúdos curriculares, estágio supervisionado e trabalho de conclusão de curso, e atividades complementares. Observou-se que a dimensão investigativa aparece em diferentes itens do projeto político pedagógico, não há homogeneidade, existe autonomia de cada unidade de formação acadêmica na elaboração e forma de apresentar o projeto desde que contemple os itens.
