O profissional de secretariado e a situação de empregabilidade no Brasil durante e após a Pandemia da covid-19

Resumo: Secretarial functions have accompanied the needs of entities for hundreds of years, and these, for a long time, have suffered and continue to suffer influence and readaptations not only from globalization, but also from new technologies and events such as illness that require sophisticated ways of performing work within the companies. Thus, this research aimed to analyze the employability conditions for secretarial professionals during and after the COVID-19 phenomenon through the vacancies offered on the LinkedIn social network. For the development of the work, an exploratory, descriptive, documentary and content analysis methodological approach was adopted. From searches for job vacancies based on the keywords “Secretary”, “Secretary”, “Secretariat” used in the aforementioned searches on the website of the National Federation of Secretaries (FENASSEC), found on LinkedIn in the period between July 2021, July 2022 and July 2023, making a total of 60 vacancies, 12 in July 2021, 25 in July 2022, and 23 in July 2023 in tables 8, 10, 12. One of the results obtained through the removed data of the job offers, is that the professional is frequently requested, by the main nomenclatures: secretary, secretary and assistant. In addition, it was observed that techniques such as advising the executive, writing professional and specialized texts, including in foreign languages, English and Spanish, and also good oratory, appeared more frequently. Correspondence handling, internal and external assistance, continued to be functions of extreme spiritual strength in organizations, in addition to the demand for knowledge with technological apparatus that were of immense support in distance secretarial work and other organizational needs. Furthermore, behavioral skills have been highlighted in recent years, adaptability, rhetorical skills, responsibility and organization to meet market needs were the soft skills that appeared most in the secretariat's catalogue.

Furthermore, behavioral skills have been highlighted in recent years, adaptability, rhetorical skills, responsibility and organization to meet market needs were the soft skills that appeared most in the secretariat's catalogue.As funções secretariais acompanham as necessidades das entidades há centenas de anos, e estas por longas datas, sofreram e sofrem influencia e readaptações não apenas da globalização, como também das novas tecnologias e eventos como doença que demandam formas sofisticadas de execução de trabalho dentro das empresas. Desse modo, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo anaçlisar as condições de empregabilidade para o profissional de secretariado durante e após o fenômeno da COVID-19 através das vagas ofertadas na rede social LinkedIn. Para o desenvolvimento do trabalho, adotou-se uma abordagem metodológica exploratória, descritiva, documental e análise de conteúdo. Das buscas de vagas de emprego a partir das palavras-chave “Secretária”, “Secretário", “Secretariado" utilizadas nas referidas buscas no site da Federação Nacional dos Secretários (FENASSEC), encontradas no LinkedIn no período compreendido julho de 2021, julho de 2022 e Julho de 2023, perfazendo um total de 60 vagas, sendo 12 em julho de 2021, 25 em julho de 2022, e 23 em Julho de 2023 nos quadros 8, 10, 12. Os Um dos resultados obtidos por meio dos dados extraídos das ofertas de empregos, é que o profissional é solicitado com frequência, pelas principais nomenclaturas: secretário, secretária e assistente. Ademais, observou-se que as competências técnicas como assessorar a executivos, redação de textos profissionais e especializados, inclusive em idiomas estrangeiros, inglês e espanhol e também boa oratória, apareceram com maior frequência. Tratamento de correspondência, atendimento interno e externo, continuam sendo funções de extrema relevância nas organizações, além da demanda em conhecimento com aparato tecnológico que foram de imenso apoio no trabalho secretarial à distância e outras necessidades organizacionais.
