The educational Agenda 21 is a tool for social transformation consists of the basic components: the school and the surrounding sustainability; curriculum innovation and community involvement. Thus, this document is before the environmental degradation context, the pursuit of civic education that, in turn, is an integral part of the school's commitment. So this is a proposal on ways to raise attitudinal change and transformation in all the actors directly or indirectly involved with the school environment. Thus, this research aims to propose actions aimed at creating and implementing of 21 educational agenda, in order to support the formation of spaces that include more sustainable practices at schools as well as in its operating context. For this, the methodology was qualitative basis, through a literature review and document analysis, with the presentation and suggested the necessary steps so that the schools can insert the Agenda 21 in its context. So from this work are expected to contribute to the creation and implementation of 21 educational agenda, so that it may be interested in this school units.
