Resumo: | The objective of this study was to diagnose the impact of outsourcing administrative processes at the Federal University of Sergipe Foundation, São Cristóvão campus and rectory, from the perspective of outsourced workers as well as to evaluate the level of satisfaction of these workers. The theoretical framework sought to convey more easily the concepts related to People Management, Motivation with emphasis on Outsourcing Satisfaction and broader outsourcing, addressing concepts, characteristics and their insertion in Public Administration. Bringing the data of the contract signed between the Federal University of Sergipe and the company EPP (Real Service) through public consultation made through the UFS website on the website of the Contract Supervision Office (EFISCON). The research is quantitative, descriptive, through a case study with data collection through a questionnaire. Having a universe of 259 outsourced workers with a sample of 131 of them. The data obtained were tabulated and analyzed using the Microsoft Excel program and expressed as mean values, reaching the evaluation mean. Regarding the results obtained, there was a profile partially satisfied with work performed at UFS and partially demotivated due to remuneration as a satisfactory factor. Thus the work sought to reinforce the idea that in the outsourcing process as well as other forms of hiring, should seek motivated and satisfied employees, because it is through them that can achieve the objectives of the organization. It is suggested the Federal University of Sergipe and the outsourced company to adopt some measures so that the University itself, servers and outsourced workers can optimize their activities and play an increasingly strategic role in the organization. |

Por meio do referencial teórico procurou-se transmitir com maior facilidade os conceitos referentes à Gestão de Pessoas, Motivação com ênfase na Satisfação dos Terceirizados e de forma mais abrangente a Terceirização, abordando conceitos, características e sua inserção na Administração Pública. Trazendo os dados do contrato firmado entre a Universidade Federal de Sergipe e a empresa EPP (Real Service) através de consulta pública feita por meio do site da UFS no portal do Escritório de Fiscalização de Contratos (EFISCON). A pesquisa é do tipo quantitativa, descritiva, através de estudo de caso com coleta de dados por meio de questionário. Possuindo um universo de 259 trabalhadores terceirizados com amostra de 131 deles. Os dados obtidos foram tabulados e analisados através do programa Microsoft Excel e expressos em valores da média, chegando-se a média de avaliação. No que refere aos resultados obtidos, verificou-se um perfil parcialmente satisfeitos com trabalho que realiza na UFS e parcialmente desmotivados devido a remuneração como fator satisfatório. Dessa forma o trabalho buscou reforçar a ideia de que no processo de terceirização assim como em outras formas de contratação, deve buscar colaboradores motivados e satisfeitos, pois é através deles que se pode alcançar os objetivos da organização.
