This article studies the persecution moved by Catholic Church to the witchcraft pratices in Germany in the final of XV century. The research tooks bula Summis desiderantes affectibus as raw material emitted by pope Inocencio VIII on december 9 of 1484. The document treatment draw inspiration from History Cultural formulated by Robert Darnton. The effect analysis showed that: the Church believed which the witchcraft was a diabolic deed to carry out malefic and prodigious acts. The witchcraft pratices were present for almost whole Germany. On the other hand, the aport showed how the Catholic Church classified the witchcraft practices and how to punish them. It evidences the capital role exercised by the dominicans in the Inquisition. The obtained result leads us to conclude that: a) in Germany, the witchcraft was a sort of pagan resistence to, the christianisation; b) the harm of witchcraft, according to Catholic Church, relapses into the fertility of man, other animals and to the land.
