This study aimed to analyze the image of the secretarial profession transmitted by South Korean dramas. The research is classified in the qualitative approach and is characterized as descriptive and exploratory, having used the Film Analysis method in the drama "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim?", selected through Rakuten Viki, one of the largest global streaming sites of East Asian productions. As a result, it was identified that South Korean dramas have transmitted a secretarial image with a good professional profile, through mature characters who widely perform secretarial activities with regard to the planning, organization and execution of meetings, trips and events. Many of the stereotypes that affect the secretarial profession were not identified in the analyzed drama, although the stereotype of the relationship between boss and secretary is much worked on in the drama, the secretariat has been built and transmitted in order to value the profession.
