Resumo: The objective of this research is to understand the aspects studied by organizational psychology that act on the level of satisfaction and on the performance activities of trainees in the Executive Secretary course. The study, descriptive and exploratory, was a case study, with a quantitative and qualitative approach. As a research instrument, we used a questionnaire prepared by Google Forms, sent to a total of 37 trainees, and 19 respondents were obtained. As a result, it was found that the stimuli that encompass the satisfaction of the trainees correspond to motivation, group interactions and individual needs. Considering what was raised in the investigation, it can be concluded that absorption, represented by accumulated learning about the environment, and how internal relations take place, are determining factors of trainees' satisfaction.

O estudo, descritivo e exploratório, constituiu-se como estudo de caso, sob abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa. Como instrumento de pesquisa utilizou-se questionário elaborado pelo Google Forms, enviado ao público total de 37 estagiários, obtendo-se 19 respondentes. Em resultado, verificou-se que estímulos que abarcam a satisfação dos(as) estagiários(as) correspondem à motivação, interações grupais e necessidades individuais.
