O uso de redes sociais por microempreendedoras em tempos de pandemia

Resumo: In Brazil, the number of individual micro-entrepreneurs, formal or informal, has grown considerably in recent years, and with this, the number of women has also been growing as micro-entrepreneurs. With the arrival of the pandemic in Brazil, several sectors were affected and had to readapt, thus, entrepreneurs were also affected, and as they have some limitations, especially financial, it was necessary to seek low-cost alternatives, with this, this adaptation occurred through the use of social networks, which became an important tool for the continuity of these businesses amidst the pandemic. Therefore, the general objective of this study was to seek to understand how the use of social networks helped microentrepreneurs in the midst of the pandemic. The technical procedure adopted was that of interviews, in which semi-structured interviews and a questionnaire were used, seven interviews were conducted through WhatsApp via audio messages and the questionnaire was applied to 45 microentrepreneurs through Google Forms, thus characterizing the present as qualitative and quantitative, with a deductive method and exploratory objective, the analysis of the data obtained was done through simple content and descriptive analysis, through the results obtained it was possible to conclude that the social networks, Instagram and WhatsApp, which were the most used by these micro-entrepreneurs, helped in the operation of these businesses, specifically in the dissemination, closing of sales and communication with their customers, through the tools and functionalities offered by them, making them become, for most of these micro-entrepreneurs, the only tool, resource or alternative for the performance of these businesses.

Com a chegada da pandemia no Brasil, diversos setores foram afetados e tiveram que se readaptar, dessa forma, os empreendedores também foram afetados, e como estes possuem algumas limitações, especialmente financeira, precisou-se buscar alternativas de baixo custo, com isso, essa adaptação ocorreu através da utilização das redes sociais, que passaram a ser uma ferramenta importante para a continuidade desses negócios em meio a pandemia. Diante disso, o objetivo geral do presente trabalho foi compreender os benefícios do uso de redes sociais por microempreendedoras durante a pandemia da Covid-19.
