Resumo: | E-commerce or Electronic Commerce has the characteristic of having a comprehensive, globalized and constantly growing format. Given the relevance of having knowledge on the subject, this research used the bibliographic method to collect information, concepts and data from research carried out by competent bodies to highlight potential trends and consolidated practices within the sector, observing the interactions between electronic commerce and traditional commerce. in the models explored. In the results obtained, the interest in technologies that use augmented reality to make the experience of contact with the online product more reliable to its real characteristics stand out, for example, while in the financial aspect, it was observed the influence of the freight value in the finalization of the online shopping, the interest of companies in seeking customer loyalty using cashback systems, the popularization of the payments and receipts system via virtual wallets and the growth of the business model in the marketplace format, among others. Some of the conclusions observed were to realize that while many technologies are consolidating in the online sales space, others are emerging and gaining importance as they are well accepted and generate satisfactory financial results, and it is interesting that for the traditional commerce to narrow its relationship |

Visto a relevância de se ter conhecimento sobre o assunto, esta pesquisa utilizou o método bibliográfico para recolher informações, conceitos e dados de pesquisas realizadas por órgãos competentes para destacar potenciais tendências e práticas consolidadas dentro do setor observando as interações entre o comércio eletrônico e comércio tradicional nos modelos explorados. Nos resultados obtidos se destacam o interesse em tecnologias que utilizam realidade aumentada para tornar a experiência de contato com o produto online mais fidedigna a suas características reais, por exemplo, enquanto no aspecto financeiro, observou-se a influência do valor do frete na finalização da compra online, o interesse das empresas em buscar a fidelização do cliente utilizando sistemas de cashback, a popularização do sistema de pagamentos e recebimentos via carteira virtuais e crescimento do modelo de negócios no formato marketplace, entre outras.
