Resumo: According to the World Health Organization, the number of children and adolescents with obesity is increasing. Therefore, this research addresses the theme healthy eating in the school context and starts from the following research question: how the educational practices carried out by teachers of basic education, between the years 2017 to 2021, have stimulated the promotion of healthy eating habits among young people? The objective of this study was to investigate the educational practices carried out in schools by teachers, between 2017 and 2021, aimed at promoting healthy eating habits among young people. This is an systematic review, using the Lilacs, SciELO and CAPES Periodicals databases, based on the following descriptors: “public policies for food at school”; “educational practices on food at school” and “the teacher's role in healthy eating”. This review was carried out in six stages: definition of the research question, sampling in the literature, selection and categorization of the texts found, evaluation of the studies included in the review, interpretation and presentation of the results. Seven studies composed the sample and were cataloged and identified by title, author, journal, year of publication, educational practice and considerations. In interpreting the results, a critical analysis of the included studies was carried out, carrying out a discussion of the results in the light of the scientific literature. It was found that the selected articles pointed to the existence of educational practices addressing the theme healthy eating, in most of them the school garden and cooking workshop. In view of the results, it was possible to conclude that the educational practices of healthy eating at school contribute to the change of behavior and the formation of new attitudes for the construction of more adequate eating habits.

Diante disso, esta pesquisa aborda a temática alimentação saudável no contexto escolar e parte da seguinte questão de pesquisa: de que maneira as práticas educativas executadas por professores da educação básica, entre os anos de 2017 a 2021, têm estimulado a promoção de hábitos alimentares saudáveis entre os jovens? O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar as práticas educativas executadas nas escolas por professores, entre os anos de 2017 a 2021, voltadas para a promoção de hábitos alimentares saudáveis entre os jovens. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática, utilizando as bases de dados Lilacs, SciELO e Periódicos da CAPES, a partir dos seguintes descritores: “políticas públicas de alimentação na escola”; “práticas educativas sobre alimentação na escola” e “papel do professor na alimentação saudável". Esta revisão foi realizada em seis etapas: definição da questão de pesquisa, amostragem na literatura, seleção e categorização dos textos encontrados, avaliação dos estudos incluídos na revisão, interpretação e apresentação dos resultados. Sete estudos compuseram a amostra e foram catalogados e identificados por título, autor, periódico, ano de publicação, prática educativa trabalhada e considerações. Na interpretação dos resultados, foi feita uma análise crítica dos estudos incluídos, realizando uma discussão dos resultados à luz da literatura científica. Verificou-se que os artigos selecionados apontaram a existência de práticas educativas abordando a temática alimentação saudável, na maioria delas a horta escolar e oficina culinária.
