Coworking : uma revisão sistemática

This paper proposed to take a scientific look at coworking, a work space shared by independent and remote professionals. It is a phenomenon present for some years and growing in numbers by several cities in different nations, but new to science (SPINUZZI, 2012; CAPDEVILA, 2014a e 2014b; GERDENITSCH et al., 2016). In this context, a bibliographic study was developed, through a systematic review, in which bibliométricos was applied for data analysis. With a quantitative and qualitative approach, exploratory and descriptive. In this search, most of the localized works were of European origin, with qualitative approach and exploratory and descriptive nature. Regarding the concepts, theories and results a diversity data was observed between the selected studies. On the possible relationship between executive secretariat and coworking, common points are found in the literature of the themes. For possible difficulties related to the routine of the remote secretary, the coworking spaces can provide the solutions. It is suggested, for future research, a study on the productivity of users of coworking and research on the question of the financial sustainability of these places
