Gestão documental : um estudo bibliométrico nos periódicos científicos nacionais (2002-2017)

The objective of this study was to carry out a bibliometric study, with the purpose of mapping the researches on documentary management, from 2002 to 2017 in the national scientific articles, in magazines classified by the Qualis System of the Coordination of Improvement of Personnel in the Higher Level (CAPES). The general objective of this study is to verify how it is configured the production and publication of articles on Documentary Management, national, published in the Qualis Capes. The main results of the research were: the most cited authors Couture, C. with 34%, followed by Rousseau, J. Y. with 31%, Paes, M. L. and Lopes, L.C. both with 25%; the scientific production on the subject of documentary management focuses on 24 Institutions of Higher Education (of the 32 articles found, or 100% of the total), the states with the highest number of surveys are Santa Catarina, São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul with 22%, 19% and 19%, respectively; In this sense, in all regions, north, south, northeast, southeast and center-west, at least one article was found. As far as the research methodology was concerned, it was verified that in 59% of the studies the qualitative methodology was used, with a percentage that reaches the house of 31%, was adopted the quantitative methodology, and with 9% the mixed (qualitative and quantitative). The areas of concentration found in this research, according to the terms of CAPES, were: Executive Secretariat, Information Science, Administration, Human Sciences, Law and Medicine. It was possible to observe that the subject of documentary management, in spite of its importance in companies, still needs more researches that provide new content on digital documentary management, since the productions are scarce. Finally, the importance of the executive secretarial professional is strengthened in terms of document management in the production, preservation and destination of documents, both in their professional field and in other areas of activity in the organization
