A mundialização do capital se caracteriza pela existência de espaços mutantes organizados de acordo com a lógica do sistema capitalista. A acumulação de capitais se baseia em reestruturações, cooperações e alianças, como os de caráter técnico-científico-informacional e público-privado (Parcerias Público-Privadas), resultando num desenvolvimento desigual entre os diferentes territórios. Os investimentos em infra-estruturas possibilitam a existência de redes e fluxos no espaço e, por conseguinte, contribuem com o desenvolvimento local/regional e com a produção do espaço. O transporte hidroviário interior de cargas (como o sistema Tietê- Paraná) assegura a fluidez, mobilidade e acessibilidade nos territórios, aumenta as interações espaciais e as trocas, e fomenta a produção agropecuária e industrial. A circulação e mobilidade do capital permitem sua reprodução e fomentam as articulações inter-regionais, sob uma logística voltada à otimização do escoamento e armazenamento da produção. Ademais, as interações espaciais representam a intensidade das atividades econômicas e a reprodução social no território, diferenciando-os. _________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: The mundialization of capital is characterized by the existence of relative spaces organized from the logic of the capitalistic system. The acumulation of capitals if basead in reestruturations, cooperations and alliances, with the character technical, scientific, informative and public private (Public-Private Partnership) proceedings, resulting in an unequal development among the different territories. The investments in substructure possibility the existence of nets and flows in the space, and enable with the development local/regional and with the production of space. The fluvial waterway transport of loads (with the Tietê-Paraná system) enable the fluency, mobility and accessibility in the territories, growth the spatial interactions, the trades and the industrial and agropecuary production. The circulation and mobility of capital enable your reproduction and growth the inter-regional articulation, with a logistic of otimization of production armazenament and transport. More, the spatial interactions represent the intensity of economic activities and the social reproduction in the territory, differentials.
