Resumo: | The master’s profissional program is one formation modality continued of teachers on the Public Political that aim the improvement of the Basic Educacion. The qualitative approach research aim to understand the contributions of the master’s profissional course in teaching Science and Math of UFPA on the improvement of the pedagogical practice of the Science/Biology teacher. The research of qualitative approach and exploratory character, was developed on the Federal University of Pará, on the master’s profissional course in guideline in science and math teaching of the UFPA, with the graduated students in Biological Science/Teaching. Therefore, document analysis, questionaries and interview were realized to have access to the information that aim to identify and analyse what the studens-teachers know about the master’s profissional program, your motivations to choose the course, and your contributions to improve your pedagogical practice. One questionary was apply with the coordenation of the master’s profissional program in guideline science and math teaching of UFPA, to cognize the political aspects that influenced on the implementacion of the course. Beside that, all the dissetacions already defended by the students-teachers were read and analized, with the object to know your researchs, the impacts of them in the practice and your impressions about the experinence offered by the program provided to this students- teachersresearchers. All the datas were analysed through categories, that were observed by the light of the referencial teorical. The first category refers to "teacher training". Given the data, it was noticed that the program contributed significantly in the formation of the reflective teacher and researcher, stimulating the student-teacher to always study, reflect, research and improve their practice. The second category was "Professional Master's Degree" which portrayed the Program's Master's Degree in Science and Mathematics Education on the emergence of the Program, its profile and in greater detail. The third category refers to the "Curriculum". Through it, the curricular composition of the Program was analyzed, verifying not only the disciplines that compose it, but also the implications of all its structure in the formation of these students-teachers. Through it, the curricular composition of the Program was analyzed. On that, we identify the contributions of theses programs, because changes of posture were evidenced, the student-teachers showed themselves with a remarkable reflexive posture that provided changes in their pedagogical practice, the proposals of your implamtacion, limitacions and your reflection on the school reality of these studens-teachers. |

La búsqueda de enfoque cualitativa tuvo como objetivo comprender las contribuciones del curso de maestría profesional en la enseñanza de Ciencias y Matemática de la UFPA se refleja como un instrumento para mejorar la práctica pedagógica del profesor de Ciencias/Biología. La investigación de enfoque cualitativa y de carácter exploratorio, se desarrolló en la Universidad Federal del Pará, en el curso de Máster professional em la maestria en enseñanza de Ciencias y Matematica de la UFPA, con los almnos graduados en Ciencias Biologicas/Maestría. Para tanto, análisis documental, cuestionarios y entrevistas para acceder a la información, con la intención de identificar y analizar lo que los estudiantes-profesores saben sobre el curso de maestría profisional, sus motivaciones en la elección de este curso, y las contribuciones a la mejora de su práctica pedagógica. Se aplicó un cuestionario con la coordinación del programa de maestría profesional en Docencia de Ciencia y Matemática de UFPA, para conocer los aspectos políticos que influyeron en la implantación del curso. Además, se leyó y analizó todas las disertaciones ya defendidas por los estudiantesdocentes, con la intención de conocer su investigación, los impactos de ella en su práctica y las impresiones que la experiencia ofrecida por el programa proporcionó a estos alumnosProfesores-investigadores. Todos los datos fueron analizados a través de categorías, que se observaron a la luz de la referencia teórica. La primera categoría se refiere a la "Formación de profesores". Ante los datos, se percibió que el programa contribuyó significativamente en la formación del profesor reflexivo e investigador, estimulando al alumno-profesor a está siempre estudiando, reflejando, buscando y mejorando su práctica. La segunda categoría fue "Maestría Profesional" que retrató sobre el surgimiento del Programa, su perfil y con mayor detalle, el Programa de Maestría Profesional en Docencia en Educación en Ciencias y Matemáticas. La tercera categoría se refiere al "Currículo". Por medio de ella, se analizó la composición curricular del Programa, verificando no sólo las disciplinas que lo componen, como también las implicaciones de toda su estructura en la formación de esos alumnos-profesores.En vista de esto, identificamos las contribuciones de estos programas, porque los cambios de postura fueron evidenciados, los alumnos-profesores se mostraron con una postura reflexiva marcante que proporcionó cambios en su práctica pedagógica, los propósitos de su implementación, sus limitaciones y su reflexión en la experiencia escolar de estos estudiantes-profesores.O Mestrado Profissional na área educacional é uma modalidade de formação continuada de professores, como política pública que busca a melhoria da Educação Básica. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa teve por objetivo compreender as contribuições do curso de Mestrado profissional em Docência em ensino de Ciências e Matemática da UFPA para a melhoria da prática pedagógica do professor de Ciências/Biologia. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa e de caráter exploratório foi desenvolvida na Universidade Federal do Pará, com alunos do curso de Mestrado Profissional em Docência em Ensino de Ciências e Matemática da UFPA, formados em Ciências Biológicas/Licenciatura. Para tanto, foi realizada análise documental e feitos questionários e entrevistas para ter acesso às informações sobre as evidências acadêmicas dos alunos-professores, com o intuito de identificar e analisar o que os alunos-professores sabem a respeito do Mestrado Profissional, suas motivações ao escolher esse curso e quais as contribuições do Mestrado Profissional analisado para a melhoria de sua prática pedagógica. O questionário foi respondido pela coordenação do Programa, para conhecer os aspectos políticos que influenciaram a implementação do curso. Além disso, foram lidas e analisadas todas as dissertações já defendidas pelos alunos-professores, com o intuito de conhecer suas pesquisas, os impactos delas na prática docente e as impressões que a vivência oferecida pelo programa proporcionou para esses alunos-professores pesquisadores. Todos os dados foram analisados por meio de categorias, que foram observadas à luz do referencial teórico. A primeira categoria refere-se à “Formação de professores”. Diante dos dados, percebeu-se que o programa contribuiu significativamente para a formação do professor reflexivo e pesquisador, estimulando o aluno-professor a estudar, refletir, pesquisar e melhorar continuamente a sua prática. A segunda categoria é “Mestrado Profissional”, que retratou o surgimento do Programa, seu perfil e, com maior detalhe, o Programa de Mestrado Profissional em Docência em Educação em Ciências e Matemática. Já a terceira categoria refere-se ao “Currículo”. Por meio dela, analisou-se a composição curricular do Programa, verificando não só as disciplinas que o compõem, como também as implicações de toda a sua estrutura na formação desses alunosprofessores.
