Resumo: | This paper addresses the remote secretariat and aims to identify how this kind of service has been developing in Brazil. For this, the research question sought to know what are the strategies of implementation and development of remote secretariat/virtual assistant in Brazil. The general objective of this work was to identify how the remote secretariat/virtual assistant developed in Brazil and what is the perspective of growth. The specific objectives are divided into three points: a) to know the remote secretariat from the literature present in the field of secretarial studies; b) Describe history of activities in Brazil and c) identify the strategies for offering remote attendance/virtual assistance. The theoretical approach based on two central themes: entrepreneurship and secretariat. The methodology used is classified as descriptive with quantitative approach and conducted through the application of a questionnaire that were sent to working professionals in order to identify which strategies are used to offer remote/virtual attendance in the country and describe the history of this activity in Brazilian market. Through this research was possible to understand how the pioneer company in the business operates as well as checking points such as sort of costumers, job offered, difficulties faced, region with higher demand for the service, among their points. It was possible to verify among 7 respondents, in a universe of about 100 individuals, that the biggest challenge for opening the company was the prospecting of costumers, but that this factor was also considered the most stimulating for maintaining the business. The answers also showed the satisfaction of individuals in this segment of the secretariat. |

Para isso, a pergunta de pesquisa buscou conhecer quais são as estratégias de implantação e desenvolvimento do secretariado remoto/assistente virtual no Brasil. O objetivo geral do trabalho foi identificar como o secretariado remoto/assistente virtual tem se desenvolvido no Brasil e qual a perspectiva de crescimento. Os objetivos específicos dividiram-se em três pontos: a) conhecer o secretariado remoto a partir de literatura presente no campo dos estudos secretariais; b) descrever histórico das atividades no Brasil e c) identificar as estratégias para oferta de atendimento remoto/assistente virtual. A fundamentação teórica é baseada em dois temas centrais: empreendedorismo e secretariado. A metodologia utilizada é classificada como descritiva com abordagem quantitativa e realizada através da aplicação de questionário que foi enviado para profissionais em atuação, a fim de identificar quais as estratégias são utilizadas para a oferta de atendimento remoto/virtual no país, além de descrever o histórico dessa atividade no mercado brasileiro. Por meio da pesquisa foi possível compreender como a empresa pioneira no ramo atua e, também, verificar pontos como tipos de clientes, trabalhos oferecidos, dificuldades enfrentadas, região com maior demanda do serviço, entre outros pontos. Se pôde verificar entre os 7 respondentes, num universo com cerca de 100 indivíduos, que o maior desafio para abertura da empresa foi a prospecção de clientes, mas que este fator foi também considerado o mais estimulante para manutenção do negócio.
