Resumo: It addresses research methodologies and scenarios in Brazilian Archivology and their relationship with the Knowledge Organization. It consists of a review article under the inductive logic, with qualitative approach and content analysis strategy. It is understood that in the universe of digital transformation, the dialogue between Knowledge Organization and Knowledge Engineering provides for research in Archivology and its capillarity in the information market by means of Digital Information Systems.
