The Amazon State Judiciary: document production management

Resumo: The Judiciary of the Amazon has generated information and documents which, after completion of the purposes for which they emerged; they were forgotten in some depots and offices, turning into a great mass of documents accumulated. This paper shows some aspects of this situation in which she was such a range of information and knowledge, forgotten and relegated to the action of time. Describes the need for control of document production and flow of information generated by the judiciary in the State of Amazonas, sorting and retrieval of information recorded in the numerous existing documents, studies of passive, and even ordering, they treat some of the literature. The adoption of existing legal norms for the management of documents and the procedures for analysis, control and information retrieval.

O Poder Judiciário do Amazonas gerou, informações e documentos que, após o cumprimento das finalidades para os quais surgiram, foram esquecidos em alguns depósitos e salas, transformando-se em uma grande massa documental acumulada. Este trabalho mostra alguns aspectos desta situação. Descreve a necessidade do controle da produção documental e do fluxo das informações geradas pelo Poder Judiciário no Estado do Amazonas, a ordenação e recuperação das informações registradas nos inúmeros documentos existentes, passivos de estudos, e, ainda de ordenação, como tratam algumas literaturas. A adoção das normas legais existentes para o gerenciamento documental e o estabelecimento de procedimentos para análise, controle e recuperação da informação.
