The focus is on the records schedule from the idea of sustainability, organizational resources to the central achieve a functional advantage to be used at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. The conventional functions of gathering, processing, disseminating, and preserving the memory enable and use the information proves training in the use of them. The objective of this study is to evaluate the system in implementing the Notes records schedule, to investigate, analyze, describe and present quantitatively access. Platform Notes is a software being used to manage the records schedule, the manage  appraisal to facilitate the access. The result of the work done by the Standing Committee Evaluation Documents from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, namely the electronic records schedule, benefits the agility of the process, reduces costs, and gives visibility to the institution.
