Resumo: | TThe work with the Central Archive Division from the Federal University of Santa Catarina at the curricular internship was an opportunity of the Extension Project in partnership with the Department of Infor-mation Science / Archival Science Undergraduate Course and Archive Division of the Dean of Development and People Management DARQ / PRODEGESP. Archival treatment is one of the activities performed by the professional Archivist in an information unit of the public / private administration. The applications of these services were developed at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, DARQ / PRODEGESP. The documentation refers to professors and employment documentation who receive conservation and preservation treatment to be digitalization. These documents after being scanned are indexed within archival standards. At DARQ, Electronic Document Management - (GED) ensures the originality of the document in the digitalization process, in the processing and consultation of documents for research / access. The general objective is to diagnose the archival treatment process and the digitalization in DARQ, the specific objectives: a) To analyze the GED in image quality and indexing; b) Map the stages of the DARQ digitalization process; c) Create a hierarchy of indexed terms, process ↔auto↔ resource ↔ standard↔ request↔. Qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory and documentary methodology. Conclusion: due to the treatment used in its documents, with the help of the GEDs, it is possible to use fundamental tools to facilitate the retrieval of information in the institution, fundamentally corroborating the institutional memory at UFSC. |
