Resumo: The study analyzes the access, availability and preservation of the judicial and administrative collection in the archive of the Labor Court of Londrina, Paraná. The general objective identified how the institution's archive system is structured, providing access to judicial labor collections, and preserving documentation of historical value. The specific objectives were to report advances in the accessibility of labor judicial collections with the structuring of the archive, the characterization of the Archive Section as a space for the preservation of the juslaboral memory and the identification of the main points to be improved regarding the means of requesting documents and the deadline for meeting these requests. Descriptive and exploratory study of a qualitative nature, using the research method "Single Case Study". Among the results are considered the right to access, receive and disseminate information imposes a positive obligation on the State to ensure access to information. It demonstrates that the preservation of judicial documents guarantees the access and availability of the collections of the Labor Justice for historical and memory research, due to the fact that these archives represent an important part of the historical, cultural, social and economic patrimony of conquest of Brazilian workers in the scope of labor law.

O objetivo geral oi identificar como o sistema de Arquivos da instituição está estruturado, proporcionando acesso aos acervos judiciais trabalhistas, além de preservar a documentação de valor histórico. Como objetivos específicos, o relato dos avanços obtidos na acessibilidade dos acervos judiciais trabalhistas com a estruturação do Arquivo, a caracterização da Seção de Arquivos como espaço de preservação da memória jus-laboral e a identificação dos principais pontos a serem melhorados quanto aos meios de solicitação de documentos e o prazo para atendimento destas solicitações.O trabalho proposto foi de caráter descritivo e exploratório de natureza qualitativa, utilizando do método de pesquisa ‘Estudo de Caso Único’. Como resultados, considera que o direito de procurar, receber e disseminar informação impõe uma obrigação positiva ao Estado de assegurar o acesso à informação.
