The STS perspective in the initial training of physics teachers: studying concepts from a bakhtinian analysis

Resumo: | This paper analyzed the understandings of future teachers in physics about Science, Technology and Society STS interrelationships. From a questionnaire applied to 11 students of the discipline "Methodology of Physical Education," in which the STS perspective would later study, data were collected on the initial understanding on the STS. These data were analyzed from the theoretical and methodological framework of Bakhtin's theory associated with STS assumptions, based on the work of Strieder (2012). The developed analysis were identified confusing and ambiguous understandings about the STS interrelations marked by a degree of reduced development aligned with common sense positions whose teacher training should discuss and assist in a possible overrun. |

A partir de um questionário aplicado a 11 estudantes cursantes da disciplina “Metodologia do Ensino de Física”, na qual a perspectiva CTS seria posteriormente estudada, foram coletados dados sobre a compreensão inicial relativa ao CTS. Tais dados foram analisados a partir do marco teórico-metodológico da teoria de Bakhtin associado a pressupostos CTS, tomando como base o trabalho de Strieder (2012).
