Resumo: In this article, we adopt a decolonial discursive perspective in the analysis of i) excerpts from semi-structured interviews with three women-independent publishers: Constanza Brunet (Argentina), Isabelle Pivert (France) and Ivana Jinkings (Brazil); ii) three editorial catalogues from Marea Editorial (Argentina), Éditions du Sextant (France) and Boitempo Editorial (Brazil). From these corpora, which do not fit in a traditional Discourse Analysis, we propose to raise questions for a counter-hegemonic and decentralized Discourse Analysis. For this, we bring our stance in adopting life narratives as decolonial methodology, since, currently, an approach that relates Discourse Analysis, Intersectionality and Decoloniality can be rich tools to contribute to discourse theories, due to its theoretical dynamism, decentring itself from conceptual hegemonies. We propose the concept of "self editing", anchored in a decolonial discursive and editorial perspective, which accompanies an incompleteness of independent women-editors and their publishing houses.
