Resumo: In a reading of bodies based on Foucaultian contributions on Biopolitics, this article aims to discuss the voices of dissident identities in their transsexualisation processes. Trans-identities are defined as legitimate expressions of the human being in ways of being of their so-called non-normal bodies. In an analysis of testimony in investigations carried out with Trans person, we propose the debate in the perspective of devices as machines that establish and mix, generating meanings in society. Discourses constitute their objects as practices that systematically shape the objects about which they speak. Language is performative, as well as denoting and connoting. The work of counter-sexual deconstruction breaks with a whole series of oppositional binomials and puts an end to nature as a subjection of bodies, what may suggest that sex and sexuality (and not just gender) must be understood as partner technologies -policies.

Identidades trans como expresiones legítimas del ser humano en modos de ser de sus cuerpos dichos no normales. En el análisis de testimonios en investigaciones realizadas con personas Trans, proponemos el debate en la perspectiva de dispositivos, como máquinas que establecen y mezclan, generando sentidos en la sociedad. Los discursos constituyen sus objetos, como prácticas que sistemáticamente dan forma a los objetos sobre los que hablan. El lenguaje es performativo, además de denotar y de connotar. El trabajo de deconstrucción contrasexual, rompe con toda una serie de binomios opositores y pone fin a la naturaleza como sujeción de los cuerpos, lo que supone que el sexo y la sexualidad (y no sólo el género) deben comprenderse como tecnologías socio-políticas.Numa leitura dos corpos, com base nas contribuições foucaultianas sobre a biopolítica, este artigo tem por objetivo discutir as vozes corporais das identidades dissidentes, em seus processos de transexualização. Identidades trans como expressões legítimas do ser humano, em modos de ser de seus corpos ditos não normais. Em análise de depoimentos em investigações realizadas com pessoa trans, propomos o debate na perspectiva de dispositivos, como máquinas que estabelecem e misturam, gerando sentidos na sociedade. Discursos constituem os seus objetos, como práticas que sistematicamente dão forma aos objetos sobre os quais falam. A linguagem é performativa, além de denotar e conotar.
