Resumo: | This paper is a outspread from previous researches in which we were concerned to analyze the ways in which sociology was and has been charged in the university entrance exams and in the ENEM. It also corresponds to the current stage of research, where we held the first incursions in school settings in order to understand the specific effects of Sociology presence in these exams in everyday practice of teaching the discipline. Were interviewed within the city of Rio de Janeiro teachers from the private and public high schools, in an effort to grasp the ways in which their performance in the classroom has been affected by the public recognition that sociology is charged in entry systems to higher education. |

The impacts of the presence of sociology on public university entrance exams: what teachers sayOs impactos da presença da sociologia nos sistemas de ingresso ao ensino superior: o que dizem os professoresThis paper is a outspread from previous researches in which we were concerned to analyze the ways in which sociology was and has been charged in the university entrance exams and in the ENEM. It also corresponds to the current stage of research, where we held the first incursions in school settings in order to understand the specific effects of Sociology presence in these exams in everyday practice of teaching the discipline.
