Narratives of Physical Education teachers graduating from the Pedro II college residency program: revisiting notebooks and memorials

Resumo: This study aims to narrate the experience and formative path of Physical Education teachers graduating from the Pedro II School Residence Program, Engenho Novo I campus, located in Rio de Janeiro. From the narrative of oneself and the place of speech, we problematize the context of the professional insertion of these teachers as a beginner in the teaching career. It is configured as a qualitative research, based on the experience report. We used empirical materials such as the Final Academic Product, Circumstantial Memorial, notes from the field notebook about the workshops, short courses and lectures in order to commemorate and systematize the lived process. It is concluded that revisiting memorials in the scope of a remembrance process, qualifies us to understand the dimension of the Physical Education teacher profession beginning in the teaching career, as well as to reflect on their trajectories before, during and after insertion in the dialogue with professional development.

Desde la narración de uno mismo y el lugar de expresión, problematizamos el contexto de la inserción profesional de estos maestros como principiantes en la carrera docente. Se configura como una investigación cualitativa, basada en el informe de experiencia. Utilizamos materiales empíricos como el Producto Académico Final, Circumstantial Memorial, notas del cuaderno de campo sobre los talleres, cursos cortos y conferencias para conmemorar y sistematizar el proceso vivido. Se concluye que volver a visitar los memoriales en el ámbito de un proceso de recordación nos califica para comprender la dimensión de la profesión docente de Educación Física que comienza en la carrera docente, así como para reflexionar sobre sus trayectorias antes, durante y después de la inserción en el diálogo con el desarrollo profesional. .  Este estudo objetiva identificar e refletir sobre eventos significativos de professores de Educação Física egressos do Programa de Residência Docente do Colégio Pedro II, campus engenho novo I, localizado no Rio de Janeiro. A partir da narrativa de si e o lugar de fala, problematizamos o contexto da inserção profissional desses professores na condição de iniciante na carreira docente. Configura-se como uma pesquisa qualitativa, baseada na análise documental. Utilizamos materiais empíricos como o Memorial Circunstanciado, anotações do caderno de campo sobre as oficinas, minicursos e palestras a fim de rememorar e sistematizar o processo vivido.
