The in-between of the borders: bodies that subverted the hegemonic pattern of gender and sexuality in the classrooms of Physical Education

This work aims to analyze the approach of bodies that transgresses the boundaries of gender and sexuality in the subject matter of Scholar Physical Education in high school. The methodology of this research is qualitative approach and it was made in a high school from Limoeiro do Norte city, Ceará (Brazil) with seven students from 3ª grade of secondary education. In order to collect and data analysis it was used a survey, focal group technique and categorization. The results found pointed as follow: a) the approaches of the subversive bodies in gender and sexuality are concealed, as jokes, surveillance looks, which may be excluding or generate self-exclusion; b) the actions of prejudice occurred in the class culminated in a misconception about the Physical Education. Finally, the subversive bodies are subjected to exclusions and self-exclusions, which are due to prejudice, to deride the students or surveillance looks that happened, according to the students, in concealed situations. Such discriminations interfere in the visions that these students have about Physical Education and in their interest to participate of the classes.
