Resumo: Into the fabric of the text presented, the result of the conversation with the educator Madalena Freire, observation, registration and pedagogical documentation are, more than concepts, base points that align reflections on teacher education and educational practice. Memory narratives bring past experience to life and intertwine the knowledge made that, in the lucidity of the present tense, fertilizes hope, projecting possible futures. The centrality of the writing in the exercise of reflection, creation and authorship of each person who registers; the desire as the founding of the processes of teaching and learning; the construction of the group and the bond as the essence of the pedagogical relationship is an element that adorns the woven plot with the testimony of an intellectual of education, who affirms her historical commitment to beautifulness and decency. A teacher who, when registering, inspires authorships.
