The constitution of the practice of a beginner teacher in early childhood education: internship experiences for the professional field

Resumo: The article aims to identify elements that evidence the constitution of the pedagogical praxis of a beginning teacher, through the observation of her formative trajectory from graduation to professional insertion. Therefore, as methodological procedures, writings were analyzed, considered here as formative narratives, produced in two different moments: internship reports elaborated during the initial formation in the degree course in Pedagogy; and class diaries, which bring records of her performance as a teacher in an early childhood education class at a municipal public school in Campo Grande, MS. The analysis technique used was the interpretive-comprehensive one. As a result, it is pointed out that the narrative writing of experiences has the potential to trigger dispositions for the constitution of pedagogical praxis.
