Resumo: This article aims to describe emerging business models applied to open digital TV. From an exploratory research, the work presents the actual reality of open television and its business models. Subsequently, an empirical mapping is made, thus seeking new opportunities for revenue generation in audiovisual commercialization, considering new technological resources that were provided by the digitization of open television. Finally, cases are presented, demonstrating ways in which television broadcasters can generate additional multi-platform content and strategic deployments designed to capture revenue through these emerging business models.

Posteriormente, é feito um mapeamentopanorâmico buscando, assim, novas oportunidades de geração de receitas em negócio decomunicação audiovisual, considerando novos recursos tecnológicos que foramproporcionados pela digitalização da televisão aberta.
