Resumo: | Understanding the concepts of interactivity, in their levels and uses, as well as the way it has been used by several authors is the driving force of this article. In addition to exchanging information, interactivity gives interactors, people involved in the communication process, a new possibility: the exit from their comfort zone, or just the point of receiving content, opening the doors to the production process. Thus, the so-called receivers, through interactivity, leave their passive role in the production and consumption of information, passing to producers as well. The different levels of interactivity, to a greater or lesser extent, depending on the type of action, will be analyzed here in their area of application, be it on the Internet or on digital TV. Through a bibliographical review, we seek to configure this interactivity in the communication scenario. |
