Pedagogia.A presente pesquisa teve por objetivo analisar a concepção de planejamento que orienta os documentos da Educação Infantil na rede pública de ensino do município de Florianópolis. A pesquisa é do tipo bibliográfica e documental. Para a seleção e a análise dos dados utilizou-se a técnica de análise de conteúdo, a partir de elementos definidos na leitura e no estudo dos documentos. O corpus documental foi constituído de documentos disponíveis no acervo da biblioteca da Prefeitura Municipal de Florianópolis. Foram identificados e disponibilizados para empréstimo cinco documentos orientadores da ação pedagógica na Educação Infantil, publicados nos anos de 1996, 2000, 2010, 2012 e 2015. O estudo considerou tais documentos na sua integralidade, de modo a possibilitar a compreensão do todo, porém a análise do conteúdo se deu a partir dos excertos nos quais constavam os termos definidos como elementos de análise. Os resultados indicam que o planejamento é discutido intensamente nos documentos da rede e tido como essencial para o exercício da docência, sendo capaz de orientar a ação pedagógica realizada com e para as crianças. As orientações contidas nos documentos apontam, ainda, para a perspectiva de planejamento participativo, o qual inclui todo o coletivo das unidades educativas, constituído pelos profissionais da educação e por técnicos, bem como pelas famílias e pelas crianças. O planejamento, dessa forma, é concebido como prática exercitada constantemente, com ênfase no formato de projetos. A análise realizada teve caráter aproximativo considerando que o desenvolvimento do TCC ocorreu em três meses.This research, that had as its objective tok now the concept of planning for childhood education, is on the guiding documents of the public schools of Florianópolis. The utilized methodology consisted in bibliographic and documental research, with a collect of data regulated in the technique of contents analyses, from categories of analyses defined in the reading and studying of the documents. The documental corpus was delimited based in the availability of the collection of the city – hall library where were found, for loan, five guiding documents, published in the years of 1996, 2000, 2010, 2012 and 2015. The analysis of the documents was made integrally, in order to enable the comprehension of the whole situation, but the content analysis hapenned from the excerpts in which contained the terms that became into categories of analysis. The analysis indicates that planning is intensely discussed in the documents of the public schools and it is taken as essential to the exercise of teaching, being able to guide the intentional practice of the pedagogical action realized with and for the children. The orientations contained in the documents point to the perspective of participatory planning, wich includes all the collective of the educational units, formed by the professionals of education and technicians, the families and the children.
