A inclusão financeira também é relevante nestas situações, pois serviços como acesso a conta bancária, crédito, financiamentos, seguros e investimentos, são fundamentais para gestão do dinheiro e alcance do bem-estar financeiro. Além disso, existem diferentes fatores que podem influenciar os níveis de alfabetização e inclusão financeiras de uma pessoa ou população, como questões sociais e demográficas. Este estudo objetivou comparar as diferenças de atitude e inclusão financeira de países com realidades distintas, no caso, Brasil e França. A pesquisa caracterizada como exploratória e quantitativa, utilizou do procedimento Survey e de um questionário como instrumento de pesquisa. Foram obtidas 213 respostas por meio da aplicação de questionário online, que concederam respostas sobre o perfil, conhecimento, atitude, comportamento e inclusão financeira dos respondentes. Após análise dos dados através de testes de diferença de média, sendo o teste “t de student” e o teste de U de Mann-Whitney, obteve-se relevância nas variáveis de atitude e inclusão financeira, onde em ambos, brasileiros se saíram melhor que franceses.The importance of financial literacy became even more evident after the Covid-19 pandemic, where people with less information on how to control their personal finances were even more exposed to this period of crisis. Financial inclusion is also relevant in these situations, because some services, such as access to a bank account, credit, financing, insurance and investments are fundamental for managing money and achieving financial well-being. In addition, there are different factors that can influence the levels of financial literacy and inclusion of a person or population, such as social and demographic aspects. This study aimed to compare the differences in attitude and financial inclusion of countries with different realities, in this case, Brazil and France. The research characterized as exploratory and quantitative, used the Survey procedure and a questionnaire as a research instrument. 213 responses were obtained through the application of an online questionnaire, which provided answers about the profile, knowledge, attitude, behavior and financial inclusion of the respondents.
