Assumimos no trabalho a defesa de um projeto de educação transformador, emancipador e humanizador. Estabelecemos como objetivo geral compreender como a concepção de currículo histórico-crítica emerge no Projeto Pedagógico do Curso do Curso (PPC) de Licenciatura em Química da UFSC, Campus Blumenau. Nosso referencial teórico toma como pressuposto a teoria curricular histórico-crítica, elaborada e aprofundada por Saviani (2008), Duarte (2016) e Malanchen (2014), que possui como fundamento filosófico o materialismo histórico-dialético. Metodologicamente nosso estudo é compreendido como pesquisa qualitativa social, de nível exploratório, com abordagem teórica e documental, inserida no campo do estudo do currículo da formação inicial de professores de química. Os dados foram obtidos do texto do documento do PPC de Licenciatura em Química da UFSC, Campus Blumenau, de 2017. Para análise dos dados, empregamos a análise de conteúdo desenvolvida por Bardin (2011), tomando os indicadores: conteúdo, formação e currículo. Para exploração do documento, utilizamos o software Atlas.ti. No PPC, obtivemos trechos e elementos que indicam a defesa de uma formação humanizadora, progressista e crítica. Nos resultados encontrados, estão presentes elementos que fazem parte de uma concepção de currículo histórico-crítica, mas que são imprecisas ou insuficientes para afirmar que esta é a concepção predominante no currículo expresso no PPC analisado.Our research is characterized as a study of the curriculum field of initial teacher graduation. We assumed in our work the defense of a transformative, emancipating and humanizing education project. We established as a general objective to understand how the conception of historical-critical curriculum emerges in the Pedagogical Project of the Course (PPC) of Degree in Chemistry at UFSC, Blumenau Campus. Our theoretical framework assumes the historical-critical curriculum theory, elaborated and developed by Saviani (2008), Duarte (2016) and Malanchen (2014), whose philosophical foundation is historical-dialectical materialism. Methodologically, our study is understood as qualitative social research, at an exploratory level, with a theoretical and documental approach, inserted in the field of study of the curriculum of the initial formation of chemistry teachers. Data were obtained from the text of the PPC document for the Degree in Chemistry at UFSC, Campus Blumenau, 2017. For data analysis, we used content analysis developed by Bardin (2011), taking the indicators: content, formation and curriculum. To explore the document, we used the Atlas.ti software. In the PPC, we obtained excerpts and elements that indicate the defense of a humanizing, progressive and critical formation.
