Convergent-care research in the field of occupational health: tendencies in Brazilian dissertations

Resumo: Aim: to describe the production of knowledge in Brazilian theses and dissertations, regarding the application of the Convergent-Care Research (CCR) in the field of Occupational Health. Method: narrative review conducted in 2017 in the catalogs of theses and dissertations of the Brazilian Nursing Association and the Bank of Thesis and Dissertations of the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Level Personnel. We analyzed, by the similarities among themes, seven dissertations that applied CCR in Occupational Health. Results: different references and theoretical frameworks with theoreticalphilosophical affinity with historical-dialectical materialism were cited. The data were produced, mainly, through interviews and group techniques. Some dissertations presented weaknesses in the assistance dimension. Conclusion: the CCR was little explored by the field of Worker's Health, although the dissertations show the potential of this method in meeting the demands of the workers.

Método: revisión narrativa realizada en 2017 en los catálogos de tesis y disertaciones de la Asociación Brasileña de Enfermería y del Banco de Tesis y Disertaciones, de la Coordinación de Perfeccionamiento de Personal de Nivel Superior. Fueron analizadas, por aproximación de temas, siete disertaciones que aplicaron la ICA en la Salud Laboral. Resultados: fueron citados diferentes referenciales y marcos teóricos con afinidad teórico-filosófica con el materialismo histórico-dialéctico. Los datos fueron producidos, principalmente, por medio de entrevistas y técnicas grupales. Algunas disertaciones presentaron fragilidades en la dimensión asistencial. Conclusión: la ICA fue poco explorada por el campo de la Salud Laboral, aunque las disertaciones muestran el potencial de este método en la atención a las demandas de los trabajadores.Objetivo: descrever a produção do conhecimento em teses e dissertações brasileiras, no que tange à aplicação da Pesquisa Convergente-Assistencial (PCA) no campo da Saúde do Trabalhador. Método: revisão narrativa realizada em 2017 nos catálogos de teses e dissertações da Associação Brasileira de Enfermagem e no Banco de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior. Analisaram-se, por aproximação de temas, sete dissertações que aplicaram a PCA na Saúde do Trabalhador. Resultados: foram citados diferentes referenciais e marcos teóricos com afinidade teórico-filosófica com o materialismo histórico-dialético. Os dados foram produzidos, principalmente, por meio de entrevistas e técnicas grupais. Algumas dissertações apresentaram fragilidades na dimensão assistencial.
