Reflections on interdisciplinarity in the labor process of the centers of psychosocial care

Resumo: This article aims to reflect about interdisciplinarity and their interferences in the work process of Centers for Psychosocial Care, whereas some concepts and studies on the topic. It is clear that the challenges for a successful interdisciplinary practice have as presupposition to overcome questions such as: the maintenance of a hegemonic doctorcentered model, the fact that many professionals do not perceive clearly their functions in their teams and the existence of intra-institutional conflicts over power relations. At the same time, there are effective interdisciplinary practices, based on shared responsibility and solidarity. These practices are not only limited to the technical knowledge and specific know-how but also include creativity in the Health Care knowledge field, from the completeness perspective for mental health care

Es visible que los desafíos a la realización de prácticas interdisciplinarias pasan por la superación de cuestiones como: el mantenimiento de un modelo hegemónicamente centrado en la figura del médico, el hecho de que los profesionales por veces no perciben claramente su papel en el equipo y la existencia de conflictos de poderes intra institucionales. Pero también, se observan efectivos trabajos interdisciplinarios, con responsabilidad y solidaridad compartidas con otros profesionales y usuarios; sin que estén limitados a su saber y hacer específico, pero actuando con creatividad en el campo del conocimiento de la salud, en la perspectiva de la integralidad del cuidado en salud mental.O presente artigo tem como objetivo refletir sobre a interdisciplinaridade e suas implicações no processo de trabalho de Centros de Atenção Psicossocial, considerando alguns conceitos e estudos existentes sobre o tema. É visível que os desafios para realização de práticas interdisciplinares passam pela superação de questões como: a manutenção de um modelo hegemonicamente médico-centrado, o fato dos profissionais às vezes não perceberem com clareza o seu papel na equipe e a existência de conflitos de poderes intrainstitucionais.
