Objective: Share a method of Food and Nutrition Education. Methods:The population was composed of elementary school teachers I of a private school in the south of São Paulo who participated in three educational actions to promote healthy eating habits. Results:There was great interest of the teachers in relation to the themes developed, which allowed them to question and expand knowledge about healthy eating. Conclusion: The Food and Nutrition Education method used in this study with the teachers was positive, since the meetings allowed the group to discuss doubts and expand knowledge related to healthy eating.
