Studies show that there are few data on the development of trails and mostlythey do not go through a process of construction appropriate. The theme connects the security ofvisitors and guides, along with leisure and provided with the environment. Besides the literature,an operational manager of a travel agency was interviewed and visits mere made to a track chosenfor the study case. The trail was classified and some points of difficult were marked with therelevant observations. The study was realized at farm Santa Eulalia in Brotas city. The trail wasclassified according to their difficulty, distance and shape. The suggestions presented in this workcan be used by sports practitioners, to ensure improved safety and risk minimization.

Estudos mostram que existem poucos dados sobre a elaboração de trilhas e que em sua maioria elas não passam por um processo de construção adequado. O tema conecta a segurança dos visitantes e dos guias, juntamente com o lazer e o contanto com o meio ambiente. Além de pesquisa bibliográfica, uma gerente operacional de uma agência de turismo foi entrevistada e foram realizadas visitas a uma trilha escolhida para a realização do estudo de caso. A trilha foi classificada e através de fotos alguns pontos de dificuldade foram demarcados com observações relevantes. O estudo foi realizado na Fazenda Santa Eulália, na cidade de Brotas. A trilha foi classificada quanto ao seu grau de dificuldade, distância percorrida e forma.
