Contrapoints for Physical Education: the sport, movement and experience relationship

Resumo: In this essay we propose to discuss the possible relations between human movement in sport and experience. Considering the domination of the body and of the movement from the sport to reach the discussion of the meanings attributed to sports practice. Some considerations and alternatives to be taken into account in relation to the size of experience in movement and in education, are presented, from the perspective of the self-movement, with examples of some practices. We consider that openness to experience can enable a reunion with the pleasure of sports practice, valuing sensitive dimensions of the self-movement. This perspective gives us indications that experience can appear in the educational process not only as a means, but also as an educational and formative goal. Keywords: Sport; Movement; Experience

Tratamos del dominio del cuerpo y del movimiento a partir del deporte para llegar a la discusión de los sentidos atribuidos a la práctica deportiva. Presentamos algunas consideraciones y alternativas que se pueden pensar con respecto a la dimensión de la experiencia en el movimiento y en la enseñanza desde la perspectiva de moverse con ejemplos de algunas prácticas. Consideramos que la apertura a la experiencia puede permitir un reencuentro con el placer de la práctica deportiva, valorando las dimensiones sensibles de moverse. Esta perspectiva nos da indicios de que la experiencia puede aparecer en el proceso educativo no sólo como un medio, sino también como una finalidad educativa y formativa. Concebemos a dominação do corpo e do movimento a partir do esporte, para chegarmos à discussão dos sentidos atribuídos à prática esportiva. Apresentamos algumas considerações e alternativas a serem pensadas em relação à dimensão da experiência no movimento e no ensino a partir da perspectiva do “se-movimentar”, com exemplos de algumas práticas. Consideramos que a abertura para a experiência pode possibilitar um reencontro com o prazer da prática esportiva, valorizando dimensões sensíveis do “se-movimentar”. Essa perspectiva nos dá indicativos de que a experiência pode aparecer no processo educativo não somente como um meio, mas também como finalidade educativa e formadora.
