Unnatural Narratology, Unnatural Narrative: transgressions and deviations of the realistic verossimilitude in contemporary narrative

Resumo: This paper presents one of the areas of post-classical narratology dedicated to studying narrative formats that violate physical laws, logical principles, or standard anthropomorphic limitations of knowledge and that disrupt the realistic verisimilitude. The aim is to explain transgressions caused by “unnatural narrative,” especially as to conventional ways to set the categories of time and narrator. Finally, the text includes some examples of Portuguese contemporary narrative.
