Resumo: This article proposes an analysis of affiliation senses of the discourse on the language of the Museum of the Portuguese Language. For this, I analyze one text published on the website in the session News about the Museum, about the project “DENGO, a museum for everyone”, a social project that has the objective to make possible the access to the Museum of the Portuguese Language to people who, for one reason or another, cannot move up to the institution. The objective of the analysis is to produce a reflection about the ideology of access as evidence of meaning produced by the discourse of globalization.
