Letters under screen: possibility of using cinema as a pedagogical resource in the teaching and learning of hispanic language and literature

Resumo: The objective of this work is to evaluate pedagogical ways for the teaching and learning of Language and Hispanic Literature using films, interested in the intellectual promotion of undergraduate students in Letters-Spanish. The central question that seeks to answer is: how to use the cinema as a pedagogical resource, among so many others possible, in the teaching and learning of Hispanic Language and Literature? Theoretical basis is taken by researchers such as Leffa (1988), Benicá (2016), Jesus (2012), Cipolini (2010), Arrojo (1986), among others. Adopting the qualitative research as method, we use an academic project entitled "literary cinema" as a source of data collection. We conclude at the end of the research that the films help in the linguistic and cultural acquisition of students learning Language and Hispanic Literature, sharpening their curiosity and taste for learning using a pedagogical tool with such an attractive aspect.

A pergunta fulcral que se busca responder é: como utilizar o cinema como recurso pedagógico, entre tantos outros possíveis, no ensino e aprendizagem de língua e literaturas hispânicas? Toma-se como base teórica pesquisadores como Leffa (1988), Benicá (2016), Jesus (2012), Cipolini (2010), Arrojo (1986), entre outros. Adotando a pesquisa qualitativa como método, utilizamos um projeto de extensão intitulado “cinema literário” como fonte de coleta de dados.
