Resumo: Podcasts constitute an oral discursive genre and present conceptual and methodological challenges for the use of digital technologies in the classroom, as well as for reflecting on non-school educational contexts. The aim of this paper is to discuss the theoretical, methodological, epistemological and axiological potentialities and implications of the discursive genre podcast as an educational practice. For this, we use the Bakhtin Circle framework, specifically with the concepts of discursive genre, utterance and tone. Analyzing podcasts can contribute to improve the understanding of oral discursive genres, their complex relation to writing and other semiosis.

For this, we use the Bakhtin Circle framework, specifically with the concepts of discursive genre, utterance and tone. Analyzing podcasts can contribute to improve the understanding of oral discursive genres, their complex relation to writing and other semiosis. Os podcasts constituem-se como gênero discursivo oral e apresentam desafios conceituais e metodológicos para o emprego de tecnologias do mundo digital em sala de aula, assim como para refletir-se sobre contextos educacionais  não escolares. O objetivo deste artigo é discutir as potencialidades e implicações teóricas, metodológicas, epistemológicas e axiológicas do gênero discursivo podcast como prática educacional. Universidade Federal de Santa Maria2022-07-28info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionTextoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/otherapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.ufsm.br/letras/article/view/3957910.5902/2176148539579Letras; Edição Especial - 1/2020: Oralidade e Ensino: discussões teórico-metodológicas; 35-562176-14851519-3985reponame:Letras (Santa Maria.
