Resumo: | Permanence allowance is an important tax relief factor for public social security, since it contributes to the maintenance of active employees, especially those who are in the fullness of their careers, with accumulated knowledge and experience, making them essential for the staff of its operating bodies. In this theme, the study aimed to identify the quality of life in workplace and the motivations of the employees in permanence allowance to remain in the activity even though they are eligible for retirement, in a Federal Educational Institution – IFE. The study is characterized as observational, cross-sectional, providing descriptive information on the prevalence of the analyzed population, carried out in an IFE with multi-campuses, located in the cities of Santa Maria (headquarters), Frederico Westphalen, Palmeira das Missões, Silveira Martins and Cachoeira do Sul, which in october 2019, had 629 public servers in permanence allowance. Secondary data were obtained from the Sistema de Informações para o Ensino – SIE, and the primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire, the first part being composed of socio-demographic information, followed by closed questions according to Walton's WQL model (1973), ending with specific questions related to the actions developed at the IFE, aimed to promote the health of its public servers. The findings showed that the paid public servers in the sample had an average age of 59 years (+4,42), predominantly female (58.5%) married (62.2%), with two children (36.3%), and co-inhabiting the couple and son (45.9%). As for education, the predominance is of PhDs. (31,1%), as well as the 40-hour workweek (48,1%). The health conditions of the respondents are self-declared as excellent (54,8%), with more than half being overweight (51,1%) and diagnosed with dyslipidemia (40,0%), high blood pressure (34,8%) and depression (24,4%), with significant use of medications (68,1%). Regarding lifestyle, it was found that 8.8% are smokers, 55.5% reported consuming alcohol at least once a week, 30.3% adopt occasional walks as physical activity and 54% usually undergo medical assessments annually on their own. For the quality of life conditions in workplace of the sample, the manifestations are mostly satisfied (58,5%), except for the benefits, for which they are dissatisfied (41,4%). With the findings, sociodemographic data, health conditions and lifestyle, reveal important contributions to the improvement of health promotion and prevention actions. The public servers in permanent allowance of the sample were satisfied with their quality of life at work, with the exception of the benefits received. Also, the main motivation for postponing retirement is the taste for the work of the activity developed. |

Nesse tema, este estudo teve como objetivo identificar a qualidade de vida no trabalho a as motivações dos servidores em abono permanência para permanecerem na atividade, mesmo estando aptos à aposentadoria, em uma instituição federal de ensino (IFE). O estudo caracteriza-se como observacional, do tipo transversal, fornecendo informações descritivas de prevalência da população analisada, realizado em uma IFE com multicampi − situados nas cidades de Santa Maria (sede), Frederico Westphalen, Palmeira das Missões, Silveira Martins e Cachoeira do Sul − que, em outubro de 2019, contava com 629 servidores em abono permanência. Os dados secundários foram obtidos junto ao Sistema de Informações para o Ensino (SIE), e os dados primários coletados através de questionário estruturado, sendo a primeira parte composta de informações sociodemográficas, seguida de questões fechadas de acordo com o modelo de QVT de Walton, finalizando com questões específicas relacionadas às ações desenvolvidas na IFE destinadas à promoção da saúde de seus servidores. Os servidores em abono permanência da amostra tinham idade média de 59 anos (+4,42%), predominância do sexo feminino (58,5%), casados (62,2%), com dois filhos (36,3%) e coabitando o casal e o filho (45,9%). Quanto à escolaridade, a predominância é de doutores (31,1%), assim como a jornada de trabalho de 40 horas semanais (48,1%). A condição de saúde dos pesquisados é autodeclarada como ótima (54,8%), sendo mais da metade com sobrepeso (51,1%) e diagnósticos de dislipidemia (40,0%), hipertensão arterial (34,8%) e depressão (24,4%), com uso significativo de medicamentos (68,1%). Referente ao estilo de vida, verificou-se que 8,8% são tabagistas, 55,5% relataram consumir álcool pelo menos uma vez na semana, 30,3% adotam as caminhadas eventuais como atividade física e 54% costumam submeter-se a avaliações médicas anualmente por conta própria. Para as condições de qualidade de vida no trabalho da amostra, as manifestações em sua maioria são de satisfação (58,5%), exceto ao que diz respeito aos benefícios, com o que se mostram insatisfeitos (41,4%). Os achados referentes aos dados sociodemográficos, às condições de saúde e ao estilo de vida revelam contribuições importantes para o aprimoramento de ações de promoção e prevenção da saúde. Os servidores em abono permanência da amostra mostraram- se satisfeitos com sua qualidade de vida no trabalho, com exceção dos benefícios recebidos. E a sua principal motivação para a postergação da aposentadoria é o gosto pelo trabalho da atividade desenvolvida.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Educação Física e DesportosPrograma de Pós-Graduação em GerontologiaUFSMBrasilCiências da SaúdeAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAbono permanênciaAposentadoriaEnvelhecimentoQualidade de vidaSatisfação no trabalhoPermanence allowanceRetirementAgingQuality of lifeWork satisfactionCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDEEnvelhecimento e qualidade de vida no trabalho de servidores em abono permanência de uma instituição federal de ensinoAging and quality of life at work of public servers in permanent allowance of a federal education institutioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisChagas, Patríciahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/9348112250500596Delboni , Miriam Cabrera CorveloDallepiane, Loiva BeatrizAreosa, Silvia Virginia Coutinhohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/3171049140259402Cunha Filho , Carlos Augusto400000000001600600600600600294f235a-56d3-4015-b549-1ab78ce454e764f6573a-6641-4ff0-af85-6f136e3aea206366b4e4-c254-4322-8477-400f5ad3f1eb7d62710f-600f-4ac3-98ec-eb1d55bd821ce19a0ae3-a182-4098-a837-325717d6b2b6reponame:Repositório Institucional Manancial UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
