Institutional host, adoption and teacher`s formation: a needed reflection

Resumo: | The article aims to investigate if teachers are prepared to work with the children who are in institutional host. To this end were used as basis the studies done by Veloso (2015), Moreno and Batista (2017), Caio (2014), Rossi and Rossi (2017), among others. It is a qualitative research of a bibliographical and documentary kind, in order to verify.the existence of the subject on the roll of the subject matters of the researched Pedagogy course. The results show that there isn`t a specific content about the theme adoption and its strands on the list of the disciplines offered by the Pedagogy course. Nevertheless, there are initiatives of the proporses of the course to offer projects of research and extension turned to the theme adoption, as well as offering the special discipline entitled ¨School and Adoption¨, along courses of continued formation to teachers and managers of public and private kindergarten and elementary schools. These initiatives were considered to be important and positive ones to the dissemination of the theme, mainly on the academic and school areas. |

Para tanto se tomaron como base estudios basados en Veloso (2015), Moreno y Batista (2017), Caio (2014), Rossi y Rossi (2017), entre otros. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, de tipo bibliográfico y documental, con la finalidad de verificar la existencia del tema en el temario del curso de Pedagogía investigado. Los resultados muestran que no existe un contenido específico sobre el tema Adopción y sus aspectos en el menú de asignaturas que ofrece el curso en cuestión. Sin embargo, hubo iniciativas de los proponentes del curso para ofrecer proyectos de investigación y extensión enfocados en el tema Adopción, así como la disciplina especial titulada “Escuela y Adopción”, además de cursos de educación continua para docentes y administradores de escuelas públicas y privadas. Educación Infantil y primeros años de Educación Primaria. Estas iniciativas fueron tomadas como importantes y positivas para la difusión del tema, principalmente en el ámbito académico y escolar.O artigo objetiva investigar se os professores são/estão preparados para trabalhar com as crianças que se encontram em acolhimento institucional. Para tanto, usou-se como base estudos realizados por Veloso (2015), Moreno e Batista (2017), Caio (2014), Rossi e Rossi (2017), entre outros. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo bibliográfica e documental, a fim de verificar a existência da temática no ementário do curso de Pedagogia pesquisado. Os resultados mostram que não há conteúdo específico sobre o tema Adoção e suas vertentes na ementa das disciplinas ofertadas pelo curso em questão. No entanto, observaram-se iniciativas dos proponentes do curso de ofertar projetos de pesquisa e extensão voltados à temática Adoção, assim como a disciplina especial intitulada “Escola e Adoção”, além de cursos de formação continuada a professores e gestores de escolas públicas e privadas de Educação Infantil e anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental.
