Innovative practices from the use of technology in the context of professional education

Resumo: The proposals presented in this text were designed in the discipline Innovation and School Management of the Master in Professional and Technological Education, maintained by the Colégio Técnico Industrial of Santa Maria. Through living in school spaces, there was an opportunity to get to know the reality of schools, their problems and to propose possible ideas to be implemented, whether products or services. The proposed ideas were the My good colleague app, with the purpose of encouraging students with disabilities to face the difficulties of autonomy; Innovate, continuing education course for teachers of basic education through active methodologies; Unieja, a Facebook group with the purpose of reducing one of the problematic situations faced by teachers in a municipal school: communication between members of the board, teachers, the school secretary, students and guardians. The proposals presented permeate the possibility of inclusion, the reframing of the teaching profession through professional development and the strengthening of relationships with the student, school and community.Key-words: innovation; school management; teaching profession.

Por meio da vivência em espaços escolares houve a oportunidade de conhecer a realidade de escolas, suas problemáticas e propor ideias possíveis de serem implantadas, sejam produtos ou serviços. As ideias propostas foram o aplicativo Meu bom colega, com o propósito de estimular os estudantes com deficiência a enfrentar as dificuldades de autonomia; Inova-se, curso de formação continuada para professores da educação básica por meio de metodologias ativas; Unieja, grupo no Facebook com a finalidade de reduzir uma das situações problemáticas enfrentadas pelos professores numa escola municipal: a comunicação entre os integrantes da direção, professores, secretaria da escola, alunos e responsáveis.
