Understandings of social quality in the context of emergency remote teaching: teacher training in perspective

Resumo: Based on the tensions in Higher Education in the pandemic context, this study seeks to identify the challenges present in achieving emergency remote teaching with social quality from the perspective of students in undergraduate courses at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. We used documentary and bibliographical aligned with interviews, the analysis process was carried out through discursive textual analysis. The data produced ends up highlighting the subjects' challenges and understandings about the dimensions of the social quality of education in the pandemic context, based on equity in access and permanence, socioeconomic inequalities and academic performance, participation and engagement, digital inclusion and access to resources technological, psychological well-being and educational environment, critical consciousness and integral development and community involvement and democratization.

Utilizamos a pesquisa documental e bibliográfica alinhada a entrevistas. O processo de análise se pautou pela análise textual discursiva.
