Resumo: | The Brazilian National Education Plan (2014-2024), drove the creation of full-time schools, fostering partnerships with educational institutions in Rio Grande do Sul State. This study analyzed the implementation of extracurricular workshops in elementary education, exploring legal and operational aspects. The documentary research revealed that the legislation facilitated the integration of regular and vocational education, without prematurely inducing professionalization. The importance of dialogue among diverse educational stakeholders was highlighted, emphasizing the development of socio-emotional skills and curriculum diversification. This understanding resulted in the creation of a guiding framework for future similar projects, rooted in the local educational community. |
